Please note the despatch dates below are leafletfrog's despatch dates, we send all our parcels via DPD Next Day, so we are reliant on them delivering next day.

  1. How quickly will you print and deliver my order?
    We aim to deliver your order within 2 business days from sign off of your proof, although this is only true for flat leaflets, folded leaflets will take 1 day longer, brochures will be longer, please ask when ordering.  We have a cut-off time of 12pm (midday) for receiving FINAL artwork and 5.30pm for approving artwork for the 2 day window.

    Please Note -
    The 12pm deadline is for FINAL ARTWORK, any re-submitted artwork after the 12pm deadline will be moved onto the next days schedule. All days referred to are normal business days.

  2. How will you deliver my order?
    All deliveries will be sent by DPD overnight Courier Service.
    For normal deliveries DPD can deliver between 7am and 7pm.
    If you require an early morning delivery (i.e. before 10am or before midday) please let us know, as this is a chargeable item due to the extra costs involved.
    Please be aware that on the day of despatch your order may have been collected by midday, so if you have entered your address incorrectly, or if you need to change the delivery address it may delay the delivery by another day.

  3. Where do we deliver free to?
    All deliveries to Mainland UK are free excluding deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands & Channel Islands.
    Some parts of the country are 2 day delivery times, but are still classed as a standard delivery costs - AB31, AB33-38, AB44-56 & IV30-32 postcodes.
    Postcodes not included in standard delivery costs (please ask for delivery costs) - FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26,PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH
    42-44, ZE1-3, all BT postcodes.

  4. How do I supply my artwork?
    Please go to our dedicated page on supplying your artwork here.

  5. Can you design my artwork for me?
    Yes, we provide a full design service. Our creative service can produce the design & artwork for you from your brief / basic ideas. This is explained more here.
  6. Can I track my order once I've submitted it?
    Yes.  You will be kept up to date with your order via email, and you can check it's status and your details by clicking on the Order Status link.

  7. Is your print environmentally friendly?
    Yes, we print only using paper from sustainable sources and all our litho print is produced using vegetable-based inks. If you would like to print on recycled paper please contact for a quote.

  8. Will you send me a proof before printing?
    Yes, we email you a free PDF proof to approve after you've placed your order.

  9. Can I make changes to my proof?
    Yes, please contact who will be happy to supply a cost for this service.

  10. Can I have a paper proof?
    Yes, please contact who will be happy to supply a cost for this service.

  11. Can I cancel my order before printing?
    If it is within 30 days and we have not sent a PDF proof we will supply a full refund.
    If it is within 30 days and we have supplied a PDF proof for approval, we may need to charge an administration fee.
    If it is after a period of longer than 30 days, we will need to charge an administration fee of £15 (inc VAT) to cover costs incurred.
