Simply contact our customer service department on 01204 328273 or e-mail roddy@leafletfrog.co.uk within 3 working days of receipt of your order. We will arrange collection of your order and organise a full reprint, or your money back.
This guarantee does not include factors which are outside of our control. Please check your artwork and proofs carefully as we are not responsible for:
- low resolution images
- spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors or omissions
- customer supplied artwork
- artwork which is supplied without bleed
- colour variations from on screen proofs

If we agree to reprint your leaflet due to an error, we can only reprint the original artwork, no updated artwork will be printed.
