This guarantee does not include factors which are outside of our control. Please check your artwork, proofs and delivery address carefully as we are not responsible for:
Low resolution images
Spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors or omissions
Customer supplied artwork
Artwork which is supplied without bleed
Colour variations from on screen proofs
Late deliveries of orders

If we agree to reprint your leaflet due to an error, we can only reprint the original artwork, no updated artwork will be printed.
