24 HOUR DESPATCH ON FLAT LEAFLETS All of our standard 135gsm and 300gsm leaflets are despatched next working day - as long as the order and artwork is in by 5pm and the proof is approved by 6pm the same day, your flat leaflets will be despatched next working day, for delivery the working day after that. (Working days are Monday to Friday. If you're ordering a VERY large quantity of leaflets, it is preferable to give us an extra day or two though!)

1 HOUR DELIVERY SLOT All of our regular deliveries are made by DPD, they offer a tracking service and will text and/or email you on the day of delivery with a 1 hour time slot when your print will be delivered. That's why it's always a good idea to enter your mobile number at checkout! For some of our larger orders we use a pallet courier, feel free to ask us about deliveries when ordering larger quantities (for instance more than 45,000 A5 leaflets) on 01204 328273 or email roddy@leafletfrog.co.uk

How will you send my print?
We send virtually all of our print with DPD.
Only for very large orders will we send your print through a pallet courier.
PLEASE BE AWARE - We CANNOT deliver to PO Boxes.
When will I get my print?
We ship our 1 and 2 page flat leaflets next business day, if order and artwork get to us by 5pm and the proof is signed off by 6pm. In busy times eg. December your delivery can be delayed by DPD due to high delivery demands which is unfortunately out of the control of Leafletfrog.

What sort of service do DPD offer?
On the day of your DPD delivery you will be emailed and/or sent a text with a 1 hour delivery slot during that day. Please include your mobile number when checking out to receive text alerts.
You will also receive a link to their website to amend various options about your delivery, such as delaying by a day, leave with a neighbour etc.
